The Nest Dining in The Sky

We recently celebrated our 8th anniversary at this restaurant, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed and accommodated by Tracey and Ralph, who made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. The ambiance was inviting and relaxing, creating the perfect setting for our special day. As for the food, every dish we tried was worth every penny — from the comforting clam chowder and mushroom soup to the flavorful steak and mushroom pasta, tender beef salpicao, and perfectly cooked salmon. To make the occasion even more special, the team surprised us with a complimentary cake — such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. Overall, we had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Went here for our 3rd anniversary and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was very accommodating and were very attentive. Food was beyond expectations. The Strawberry Cinnamon Sangria was the first I've tried EVER, and I'm glad our helpful waiter for the night, Sir Marvin, recommended this to me! Speaking of Sir Marvin, I especially commend his warmth and utmost commitment to customer service. He even served a cake in celebration of me and my partner's anniversary! Kudos to the whole team of The Nest at Vivere!

The Nest is located inside the hotel Vivere Alabang at the very top. Is a fine dining restaurant that serves excellent service and excellent food. Dining here requires reservation. They do not accommodate walk-in guests. The Nest offers a variety of food and drinks options as it also turns into a bar late at night. On our dining experience we were checked in which made reservations much easier compared to just reserving a table online. Upon entering the restaurant one word comes to mind "Opulence" it really one of those places that treats their customers really well. One can't help feel like a VIP. The waiters are very welcoming almost everyone greets you upon entry and after dining. A good look to a well prepared team. Tea options There are a variety of tea options that they offer you here at the Nest. The waiter even brings the tea options which adds to the prestige of dining here. Nachos Con Carne The Nachos are a bit salty but surprisingly addictive to the taste perhaps due to the tasty mix of the con carne and sauce. Gambas Ajillo The Gambas is decadent and savory. A very great way to start the dining experience with a mid level spice and scrumptous shrimps. Calamares Quite bland on its own but paired with sauce it ups the level of taste. Country Fried Chicken The Country Fried Chicken is crispy to the bite yet tender. Paired with fragrant fried rice and rich gravy everything comes to place. BBQ Beef and Chicken A must try for those cookout lovers they offer a gourmet cooked meal that serves a bbq beef and bbq chicken in one plate served with white rice to emboldened the dish. It is one of the must try I recommend here at the nest. Beef Salpicao The Beef Salpicao is a humble, simple dish but very tasteful. The beef is juicy not stucky or tough but cooked to that perfect bite of beef together with its rich savory soy based sauce, garlic and chillis. This perhaps is my fave go to dish here. Herb Chicken This is not the actual name of the dish but its what one would remember a fragrant juicy chicken cooked with herbs and rosemary, with veggies on the side and a flavorful red rice. This chicken is very juicy not dry which is a plus point in my book. You can really taste the quality level of cooking in every bite. Lamb Shank Its not the steak that entice me but this lamb shank dish that is very european in its presentation. I highly recommend this dish to those who wants to taste the best of the Nest, because with this dish one can say they really know what theyre doing. The Lamb falls of the bone, soft in texture and wow in your every bite. The vegetables are crisp and enriches the overall taste lf the dish. It is a caldereta which also means its a tomato stew in its basic elements. The sauce is rich and perfect for that bed of rice served on the side. This is the ultimate dish we had. a 10/10 dish here at the nest. Lastly, the gising gising is a vegetable dish that is served spicy. The nest's gising gising is a very refreshing dish with that coconut cream taste with bagoong. I can feel the bicolano in me rejoicing. I absolutely love this place! Everything was amazing—the food, the atmosphere, and the incredibly accommodating waitstaff. The location is beautifully windy with a perfect view, making it an ideal spot for intimate dates. I enjoyed every moment I spent there and can’t wait to return!

Dining at The Nest: The ambiance was breathtaking, with a stunning view that perfectly complemented the delicious food. Every dish was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and served with excellent timing. What made our visit even more remarkable was the outstanding service we received from Ms. Anika. She was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best dining experience possible. Her professionalism and genuine hospitality made us feel extra special, and she truly deserves commendation. I highly recommend The Nest to anyone looking for an elevated dining experience. Went here last February (2025) for our Anniversary. Staff were accommodating. Originally requested for a seating outside but due to the weather we were asked to be seated inside. Ambience was dimly lit but it was perfect for the occasion. Food was great. Ordered Clam Chowder, Sandwich and Steak. The Sandwich bread was kinda makunat hehe. But overall, enjoyed the food. They even politely asked what the occasion was and gave us a complimentary dessert to celebrate it with. Then they allowed us to go outside to take photos. Had a great night! Thank you, The Nest!
